Growing up in West Coast Hair Design, Jena has spent her entire life around great hair. After earning her cosmetology license in San Diego in 1996, she joined the West Coast Hair Design team in Jacksonville in 1998 and has been helping guests look and feel their best ever since.

With nearly three decades behind the chair, Jena specializes in precision foil highlights, blonde highlights, dimensional hair color, expert gray coverage, and precision haircutting. Her technical consistency, efficiency, and attention to detail have earned the trust of guests who appreciate beautiful results without spending half their day at the salon.

One of Jena’s greatest strengths is her speed. Years of experience allow her to work efficiently while maintaining the high standards West Coast Hair Design is known for. Most appointments are completed in two hours or less, making her an excellent choice for busy professionals and anyone who values both exceptional hair and their time.

Every appointment begins with listening. Whether you’re maintaining your signature look, brightening your blonde, refreshing your highlights, or covering gray, Jena focuses on creating healthy, flattering hair that’s easy to wear and easy to maintain.

Jena continues to build on the education she received through advanced Redken training and Bumble and bumble University in New York, combining proven techniques with decades of hands-on experience.

Outside the salon, she enjoys working out, living a healthy lifestyle, and spending time with her family, especially cheering on her teenage daughter, who shares her creativity and love for the beauty industry.

Because Jena works a limited part-time schedule, she accepts only a small number of new guests. Appointments are limited and are scheduled by phone so we can find the best time to accommodate you.
