Cathy Leeper brings over 35 years of experience to every appointment, and it shows in the confidence she carries into each one. She’s one of the most requested colorists at West Coast Hair Design for a reason. Clients know exactly what they’re going to get, appointment after appointment.

Cathy does it all with foil, from precise highlights to full color transformations, and she’s built a reputation as one of Jacksonville’s true gray hair specialists, known for gray coverage, gray blending, and complete gray transitions that look natural and grow out beautifully. Add in precision haircutting, and you have a colorist who can handle nearly anything you bring to her. She’s also fast. A full appointment with Cathy won’t eat your entire day.

Cathy’s faith quietly guides the way she lives and cares for people.
