For over 50 years, Linda Deason has been shaping the beauty industry—30 of those years right here in Jacksonville as the owner of West Coast Hair Design, North Florida’s leading destination for balayage, French haircutting, and luxury color services.

Linda comes from a generation of stylists who mastered it all—color, cutting, and styling—giving her a foundation of unmatched expertise. She has trained with the best in the world, traveling coast to coast and internationally to stay at the forefront of modern hair artistry.

Our signature service, the West Coast Signature Balayage, is a technique we created that combines the artistry of hand-painted balayage with strategically placed foils. The result is dimensional, natural-looking color that lasts longer, grows out softer, and takes less time in the chair. It’s a method that reflects a blend of West Coast sun-kissed style, East Coast sophistication, and Southern warmth — something you simply won’t find anywhere else.
