We provide specialty color services that require us to block 2-3 hours of our artists’ time. We do understand that sometimes scheduling adjustments are necessary, and we require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations.

100% of service fee due if cancelled in less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment.
